Since 1995, ICS MATERIALS Inc. has provided site development services covering the state of Florida.

ICS MATERIALS has multiple private, municipal and state completed projects under our belt, performing construction projects of all sizes. We are versed in the mining industry as well as storm related reconstruction and clean up.

Our site work services include clearing, grubbing, embankment, underground, lime stone, and asphalt. We also provide mining services and supply transportation of materials.

Clearing & Earthworks

Preparing a property parcel for construction. ICS MATERIALS clears the project of trees, foliage and debris per specs and plans.
Our earthwork crews then enter and begin excavating and developing the land to provide the shape and establishing the basic contour of the project.
Our grading crews cut and level roadways, provide building pads and parking lots as outlined on the engineered drawings.

Infrastructure & Utility

The infrastructure and utility construction phase involves constructing all the underground utilities for the present and future operation of a project. ICS MATERIALS’s crews excavate and install plan specified piping and conduit for operation of site water, storm drainage and sanitary services. Our crews are qualified for the most difficult of environments. All these of this work is scrutinized by our professional management team to uphold the highest of construction standards.

Roadway Construction

Asphalt, Concrete, Curb and Sidewalks
The cosmetic side of the project includes asphalt paving and concrete construction, which constructs a project for the use and safety of the general public.

Concrete sidewalks provide maneuverable walkways for pedestrian traffic, while curbing borders roadways and landscaping, as well as manage the flow of storm water to proper drainage. The asphalt paving, road signage and traffic striping provide the necessary venue for vehicular traffic usage.

Final punch–list items are performed in a timely manner.

Storm Cleanup & Reconstruction

We have the ability and resources to provide our clients with exceptional leadership and manpower to clean and reconstruct storm related damages.
